A private bathroom and walk in closet in the master bedroom which can be closed off from the rest of the floor. 3 other bedrooms exist on this floor, all with their own colour scheme en-suite bathroom, windows, and mountain views.

Main Floor: Double car garage, gear room and storage area. Half bathroom near the entrance to a large private balcony. A massive great room and living area overlook a northern view of the Columbia Valley with the large picture windows and vaulted ceiling. The large stone fireplace is built to impress. The kitchen is large and has access to a private balcony outback overlooking Cache Creek. All common areas are finished w/hardwood floors or tiling. Access to the double car garage & large ski-gear room is on this floor.

The home is situated at the far end of the Cache Estates cul de sac on Golden Avenue. Approximately 100m to the entrance of the road. The Kicking Horse day lodge and gondola are a further 200m (approximate) downhill from the entrance to Cache Estates. This home’s location will allow you to ski to the house by staying far skier’s left when returning after the day.
