This beautiful ski-in, ski-out luxury timber-frame townhouse sleeping 6 in 3 separate bedrooms is part of the award winning Selkirk Townhouses development. Completed in 2006 the complex consists of 18 well appointed townhouses situated less than three minutes walk from the main Gondola station where you can ski directly out from the property to the Gondola.
The property is laid out over three levels and has over 1400 square feet of living space. Step from your heated garage into the townhouse.
The lower ground floor has a bright bedroom with 10 foot ceiling and a log queen/twin bunk bed. Patio doors from this bedroom open directly onto the cross country trails.
On the middle level is one bedroom which has a chair-and-a-half where you can sit and read and look out to the mountains. This chair pulls out to a single bed. A shower room is adjacent to this bedroom and also on this floor is a self contained washer dryer.
The master double bedroom (queen) is located on the top floor with an en/suite bathroom and with jetted bath tub. This room also has a deck overlooking the ski hill.
The top floor also contains the wonderful living / dining area with fireplace and fully equipped granite topped kitchen. Patio doors open from this area onto the large deck with a state of the art hot tub and barbeque area.
