Big White is known for its dry inland powder snow with a huge variety of terrain from well groomed runs to huge powder bowls and deep double black diamond runs. The Big White village is ski in/ski out and is famous for the carnival nights, parades, fireworks and the excellent Big White Kids Centre making the resort a good choice for an all round winter ski holiday. There is a shuttle to Silver Star for any daily visits.

Big White, the highest resort in British Columbia, has a great snow record. The skiing is mostly geared towards intermediates and beginners and is served by one of the best ski schools in North America. For better skiers, there's masses of off-piste, with deep powder the name of the game.
